Today I have an awesome two part weight loss workout routine for you. It's two part because some days you feel like superman and other days you don't. The cool thing about this weight loss workout is on the days when you just want to get a sweat on and be able to go to bed without a guilty conscience, this workout rocks. On the days when you really want to give your whole body a working over, then you can add in the second part.

This weight loss workout when done in full has circuit training, intervals, high and low reps, cardio and resistance training. Wow, that just about covers it doesn’t it? Did I mention you'd hit pretty much every muscle in the body too? You bet you will!

Here is the first half of the weight loss workout routine. You'll do three rounds of:
800 meters run
25 Back extensions
25 Hanging leg raises

Fat To Fit - A Review
fat to fit weight loss programIf you've grown tired of reading the endless fluff between the folds of most weight loss programs, there's hope.  In his new weight loss training manual Fat To Fit, Personal Trainer, Ray Burton bucks the trend with a simple approach: one that's full of training tips and weight loss exercise routines that work.  He delivers.  In Fat to Fit The Complete Guide To Getting In The Best Shape Of Your Life, Burton tackles the task of showing us all how its done.

With his humorous wit and fun sense of humor, Burton draws readers into his weight loss program leaving one excited about the possibilities it offers. The main reason, in this site's opinion? His successful approach to boiling down challenging concepts of weight loss and fitness training to their least common denominators.

Burton first honed his craft helping others build better bodies both at the gym and in the military.  Here, he's distilled this information into a 159 page weight loss manual, giving you the common sense information he's gleaned from years as an expert.  All this without any hype or extras. That said, if finding the sexy lean body inside of you is your goal,  Burton can help you overcome the obstacles and take you from where you are to where you want to be.

10 Weight Loss Diet Tips

Diet Habit 1. Make a change when you are ready- The only way to be successful is for you to make the choice to be successful. Listening to health practitioners, family and friends can only help you to realize your problem; it is you that has to make that change.

Diet Habit 2. Reality check- Do you really need to loose weight? Is it something that you would like to do for cosmetic reasons or is it something that is adversely affecting your health.

Diet Habit 3. Set goals- the number one reason people fail or fall off the wagon is they have not put pen to paper. Set out what you would like to accomplish out on paper and set the goals above what you think that you can achieve; you may surprise yourself in the long run.

Diet Habit 4. Keep a dairy- If you write down what you are eating along with how much and when, you will be able to get a lot of information out of this exercise.

Diet Habit 5. Pat yourself on the back- look for your strengths in your eating habits. By looking at your strengths it will be easier to identify your shortcomings.

Diet Habit 6. Identify your eating profile- Are you a carb addict, or a meat lover, or a veg-head? What kinds of foods tickle your fancy and why?

Diet Habit 7. Listen to your body- Allow your body to tell you what it needs with a note of caution; beware the trigger eating. Learn to differentiate between head and body hunger, and be aware of emotional eating habits.

Diet Habit 8. Two heads are better than one- Find a support person or group. This is especially helpful to those who are easily discouraged. Having someone who is on your side can be the difference between success and failure.

Diet Habit 9. Give yourself a break- Those extra pounds didn't come on overnight, so don't expect them to come off that way either. Small steps are the key to success, so don't beat yourself up over small failures; learn from them and get back on track.

Diet Habit 10. GOYA!- Get Off Your A**!!! Exercise is an essential part of any weight loss program. Go into a gym with personal trainers on staff. Their expertise will help you to get into activity without the major aches and pains that most people endure when they go into exercise without professional help. If a little is good than a lot is better, is a mentality that contributes to the high attrition rates of beginners.
